Boiling water 1 l
Sugar 600 g
Citric acid 10 g
Rinse and dry the plums well.
Put plums up to the neck in clean jars.
Pour boiling water in a thin stream into the jars so that the plum skin does not crack. Cover with lids and leave for 15 minutes.
Drain the water from the cans into a saucepan, add sugar and citric acid. Boil the syrup.
Pour the syrup into the jars and immediately roll up the lids. Leave warm until cool.
