Pickled tomatoes for the winter without sterilization is an easy way to prepare your tomatoes for the winter without spending a lot of time cooking.

Tomatoes 2 kg

Water 1 l

Dill whisk 2 pcs

Garlic clove 4 pcs

Bay leaf 4 pcs

Allspice peas

Black peppercorns




Vinegar essence 70%


Put 2 bay leaves in clean 1, 5 liter jars along the dill whisk.

Add 5 allspice peas, 5-7 black peppercorns, 3-4 cloves, 2 garlic cloves each.

Wash and dry the tomatoes well.

Place the tomatoes in jars.

Pour boiling water over the neck and cover, leave for 15 minutes.

Drain the water from the jars into a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar to 1 liter. Boil the marinade.

Pour the marinade into jars and immediately add vinegar to a 1.5 liter jar 1/2 teaspoon of 70% essence.

Tighten the lids and leave in a warm place until they cool completely.

Pickled tomatoes are ready for the winter without sterilization. Store tomatoes in a cool place.
