Plum and apricot compote for the winter, these are bright and very tasty impressions of the summer in your jars. Children will be especially crazy about this compote.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Apricots (per 1 liter can) 300 g
Plums (for 1 liter can) 300 g
Sugar (for 1 liter of water) 300 g
Wash and dry apricots and plums well.
Divide apricots and plums into halves, remove seeds and put in jars.
Pour boiling water over and cover, leave for 15 minutes.
Drain the water from the cans into a saucepan, add sugar per 1 liter of water 300 grams of sugar and boil the syrup.
Pour syrup into jars. Tighten with lids and put in heat until it cools completely.
Plum and apricot compote is ready for the winter. Store plums and apricots compote in a cool place.
