Pitted plum jam

It is easy to prepare delicious jam from seedless plums for the winter, the main thing is that the seeds that you bought or grown can easily separate the seeds.

Plums 1 kg

Sugar 700 g


Rinse and dry plums.

Halve the plums and remove the pits.

Place the bottom layer of the plums in a saucepan.

Cover with sugar and repeat layers until the plums run out. The top layer is sugar and leave for 2-3 hours.

Boil until boiling, leave for 1 hour.

Cook again over low heat for 30-35 minutes, remove the foam if necessary.

Pour the seedless plum jam into clean jars. Spin the pitted plum jam with the lids. Put in a warm place until it cools completely.

The seedless plum jam is ready. Store in a cool place.
