Raspberry 1 kg
Sugar 700 g
Collect fresh raspberries and sort out the litter.
Transfer the berries to a cooking pot.
Add sugar on top and leave for 1-2 hours.

Cook raspberry jam over low heat for 20-25 minutes, skimming off the foam as needed.
Pour hot raspberry jam into clean, dry jars.
