Zucchini with tomatoes for the winter

Tomato 2, 5-3 kg

Young zucchini 2-3 pcs

A clove of garlic 4-5 pcs

Bay leaf to taste

Cloves to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 2 tbsp l.

Vinegar essence 70% 70 pcs


Rinse and dry tomatoes and zucchini.

Cut the courgettes into strips.

Put 2 bay leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, 2-3 black peppercorns and 2 cloves in each jar.

Lay zucchini slices and tomatoes mixed.

Pour boiling water over and cover for 15 minutes.

Pour the water into a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar to 1 liter. Add 1 teaspoon of 70% essence to the finished marinade. Pour the marinade into jars and seal.
