Vegetable salad with oil

This light buttered vegetable salad will never be too much. Prepares in minutes.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Bulb onion 1/2 pc

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


Make grooves on the cucumber with a fork along all the circumference, cut it along and then obliquely into the plastics. Place in a deep bowl.

Cut the tomato into large slices. Add to bowl.

Onion in half rings. Pepper is also in half rings. Add everything to a bowl.

Season with salt to taste and season with vegetable oil. Place on a plate and serve.
