Adjika for the winter with apples

Ingredients

Tomato 1 kg

Bulgarian pepper 0.5 kg

Bulb onions 300 g

Carrots 300 g

Apples 200 g

Head of garlic 1 pc

Hot pepper 3-4 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tbsp l.

Preparation

Rinse and peel vegetables.

Rinse apples and tomatoes.

Twist everything in a meat grinder into a clean saucepan, approximately 2 liters of the twisted mass should turn out.

Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Put on medium heat and cook for 1 hour.

Peel the garlic, rinse the parsley, peel the hot pepper from the seeds as desired.

Chop garlic, pepper and parsley in a meat grinder or finely chop. Add to a saucepan and stir, cook for another 5-10 minutes. Add vinegar at the end and stir.

Divide into clean and dry jars.

Cork and put in a warm place until it cools completely.

Adjika is ready for the winter with apples. Store in a cool place.
