Green tomatoes (technical ripeness tomatoes) 2 kg

Pepper 2 pcs

Head of garlic 2-3 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Bay leaf to taste

Vinegar 6% to taste

Wash green tomatoes well.

Place dill, 2 bay leaves, 4-5 black peppercorns in clean jars.

Place the sliced ​​pepper on the bottom of the jars.

Make a cross cut in each tomato.

Stuff with chopped dill and chopped garlic wedges.

Fill jars with tomatoes tightly.

For the marinade for 1 liter of water, 2 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Boil.

Pour marinade into jars.

Cover with lids. Put in a pot of hot water for sterilization, 1 liter cans - 10 minutes, 1, 5 liter - 15 minutes, 2 liter - 20 minutes.

Add vinegar to the jars and calculate for 1 liter jar 2 tablespoons of 6% vinegar. Roll up the tomatoes and heat until they cool completely.

Delicious green tomatoes are ready for the winter. Store in a cellar.
