Strawberry jam for the winter

Making strawberry jam for the winter is not troublesome. But it is very tasty and perfect for winter tea drinking.

Strawberry 500 g

Sugar 300 g


Sort out the strawberries, wash well.

Peel off the tails.

Fold in a saucepan and cover with sugar. Leave on for 2-3 hours.

Boil over medium heat until boiling, remove foam.

Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Divide into clean jars.

Seal with lids.

Strawberry jam for the winter is ready. Store the finished jam in a cool place.
