Chicken salad "Festive Olivier"

This "Festive Olivier" chicken salad recipe will help you prepare your favorite salad in a special way, without which not a single New Year's table can do. And the original presentation will create a festive mood on your table.

Chicken breast 1 pc

Potatoes 3 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Canned green peas 200 g

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs




Boil the chicken breast, cool and separate the meat from the bones.

Boil potatoes and carrots, cool and peel.

Boil and peel the eggs, cut the cucumbers into cubes.

Cut vegetables into cubes and put in a bowl with cucumbers and peas.

Add finely chopped meat and chopped egg whites.

Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Place a glass on a flat dish, put the salad in a ring around the edges.

Sprinkle with grated yolks on top and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Decorate with boiled carrots, cucumber and lemon slices before serving.
