Strawberry jam with whole berries

Strawberry jam with whole berries will be so nice to open in winter and serve with hot tea.

Ingredients

Strawberry 300 g

Water 200 ml

Sugar 200 g

Preparation

Wash and dry the berries well.

Remove ponytails and place in a saucepan.

Dissolve sugar in a saucepan with water and boil the syrup.

Pour the hot syrup over the berries and set aside for 1 hour.

Bring the jam to a boil and remove the foam.

Cool and bring to a boil again.

Arrange hot jam in jars.

Close with lids and put in a warm place until it cools completely.

Strawberry jam with whole berries is ready. You can store the jam at room temperature.
