Spicy carrots for winter, this is a delicious carrot snack without the hassle.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Carrots 1 kg
Water (for marinade) 0.5 l
Hot pepper 1-2 pcs
Head of garlic 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Spices for carrots (sweet) 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tbsp l.
Vinegar 9% 5 tbsp. l.
Peel the carrots.
Grate in Korean.
Chop the peeled garlic and hot pepper.
Add to bowl with carrots. Add pepper, garlic, spices. Wrinkle well with your hands and leave for 20 minutes.
Put carrots in clean jars, leaving 1 cm from the neck.
Add salt and sugar to a saucepan with water. Boil the marinade.
Add oil and vinegar, boil for 2-3 minutes.
Pour marinade into jars.
Screw on the lids and keep under the covers overnight.
Korean carrots are ready for the winter. Store spicy carrots in the cellar.
