Pickled tomatoes in halves with bell pepper

Delicious appetizer tomatoes, pickled tomato halves with bell pepper, which will be so pleasant to open in winter.

Cooking time 1 hour


Tomato 2 kg

Bulgarian pepper 3-4 pcs

Dill seed to taste

Clove bud to taste

Allspice peas to taste

Vegetable oil to taste

Vinegar 9% to taste

Sugar to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse the tomatoes well.

Cut into halves or quarters.

Wash and peel the peppers.

Cut the peppers into strips.

Pour 1/2 teaspoon of dill seeds into clean jars, 2 cloves buds and 2-3 allspice peas in 0.5 liter jars.

Place the peppers and tomatoes tightly in the jars.

Pour in 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 hour. tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in each jar on top.

Fill with cold clean water.

Cover with lids and put on sterilization, after boiling water in a saucepan, stand for 5-7 minutes.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of 9% vinegar to each jar. Roll up the covers. Wrap in a blanket and keep cool.

Store ready-made pickled tomatoes in halves with bell pepper in the cellar.
