Winter apples are good on their own. Pour boiling water to the top. Cover with lids and leave for 20 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan and add sugar, at the rate of 240 g of sugar per liter. Boil the syrup well.

Pour syrup into jars.

Tighten the lids and put in a blanket overnight.
