Lingonberry compote with apples

This lingonberry and apple compote will provide you with a supply of vitamins for the winter. It turns out to be rich and a little tart, perfectly quenches thirst.

Apples 1 kg

Lingonberry 200 g



Rinse and dry the apples.

Place apples in clean jars.

Add lingonberries.

Pour boiling water over and cover for 20 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan and add sugar for 1 liter of water 200 g of sugar. Boil the syrup well. Pour syrup into jars. Seal the cans and put them in a warm place for 12 hours.

Lingonberry compote with apples is ready. Put the finished compote in the cellar for storage.
