Korean potato salad with carrots

This extraordinary but delicious Korean-style potato and carrot salad will add variety to your menu.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Potatoes 3 pcs

Korean carrots 100 g

Canned green peas 50 g

Parsley (greens) 2-3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Wash the potatoes well.

Bake in the oven until tender.

Peel and dice the cooled potatoes into a bowl.

Add Korean carrots and green peas.

Stir, season with oil, salt and add finely chopped parsley.

Put in a salad bowl.

A delicious Korean-style potato salad with carrots is ready. Can be served at the table.
