Apricot compote

Apricots 2 kg

Water 1.5 l

Sugar 400 g


Wash and dry the apricots well.

Put apricots in halves in clean jars, removing the seeds.

Boil the syrup from sugar and water, 400 grams of sugar for 1.5 liters of water.

Pour hot syrup into jars and cover with lids.

Put on hot sterilization for 15-20 minutes.

Roll up the jars and put them in heat until they cool.

Apricot compote is ready. Store in a cool place.
