Pear 1 kg
Water (for syrup) 1 l
Sugar 300 g
Rinse the plums well.
Wash the pears well.
Put in clean jars with plum halves, pitted.
Add the sliced pears in quarters, no core.
Pour boiling water over and cover for 10 minutes.
Pour the water into a saucepan and add sugar, boil the syrup.
Pour in syrup and cover with lids, put in hot water for sterilization, for 15 minutes.
Spin the finished compote. And cool for a day under a blanket.
Pear compote and plums are ready for the winter. Store in a cool place.
