Pear 1 kg
Sea buckthorn 300 g
Water 1 l
Sugar 200 g
Rinse and dry the pears.
Rinse and sort the sea buckthorn berries well.
Place sliced pears without cores in clean jars.
Add a handful of berries.
Pour boiling water over and cover, leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and boil the syrup, bringing the water to a boil.
Pour hot syrup into jars.
Cover with lids and put on sterilization in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
Roll up the covers. Sued for a day in a blanket.
