Frozen baked peppers for the winter

This pepper can be added to soups, main courses, sauces, and wherever you want, and will be a great snack when mixed with salt and butter.

Bulgarian pepper 1 kg

Rinse the pepper and remove the seeds.

Cut into pieces.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Cool the prepared peppers.

Peel the peppers. Place in a container or airtight bags and store in the freezer.

Baked peppers for the winter are ready. In winter, it can be delivered and used.
