Pitted plum jam

Delicious seedless plum jam, which is given a beautiful shade by the skins from plums, although they are not in the jam itself.

Plums 2 kg

Sugar 2 kg


Rinse the plums well.

Transfer the plums to a saucepan and mash well with a crush.

Put on fire and cook for 10-12 minutes, until completely soft and cool.

Rub through a sieve.

Pour the plum puree into a saucepan. Add sugar and stir.

Boil the jam over low heat for 30-40, removing the foam.

Pour the finished jam into jars and seal.

The seedless plum jam is ready. Store in a cool place.
