Apricots 2 kg

Sugar 1 kg

Citric acid 5 g


Wash and dry the apricots.

Divide into halves and remove the pit.

Place in a cooking pot in layers, alternating between apricots and sugar.

Cover and leave for a couple of hours.

Boil the jam and sue.

Boil again and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes. Finally add citric acid and stir.

Arrange in jars. Seal with lids and keep warm until cool.
