Delicious gooseberry compote which is very easy to prepare for the winter.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Gooseberry 500 g
Water 1 l
Sugar 200 g
Wash the gooseberries well.
Remove tails and twigs, fold into jars 1/3 of the volume. Pour boiling water over and cover for 15 minutes.
Pour the water into a saucepan and add sugar, at the rate of 200 gr per 1 liter. Sahara.
Boil syrup and pour into jars.
Roll up the lids and put in a warm place overnight.
Gooseberry compote is ready. Store the finished compote in a cool place.
