Delicious dressing for soup for the winter "Golden Autumn", this is an excellent preparation for quick soups that can be cooked all winter, as well as main courses.

Carrots 1 kg
Bulb onions 300 g
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Dill 1 bunch
Peel the onions and carrots.
Finely chop the onion.
Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Put the onion in the multicooker bowl and add oil. Turn on the FRYING mode and cook for 10-12 minutes, until the onions are transparent.
Add carrots and water. Turn on the STEWING mode and cook for 40 minutes.
Wash and dry the dill, chop the chalk.
Add dill, sugar, salt and vinegar to the bowl.
Mix well and keep hot for another 5 minutes.
Divide into clean and dry jars.
Cork and put in a warm place overnight. Keep the prepared dressing cold.
