Cauliflower salad with herbs for the winter

This salad will be a great snack for the winter. The cabbage is crispy, while other vegetables and paprika add spice.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients

Cauliflower 2 pcs

Onion 2 pcs

Carrots (large) 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Sugar (sand) 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 100 ml

Vinegar 9% 50 ml

Sweet ground paprika 1 tsp

Preparation

Rinse and dry the cauliflower heads well.

Peel the vegetables, rinse the herbs well.

Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and place in a bowl.

Add chopped onion and grated carrots in half rings.

Add finely chopped herbs, salt, sugar and paprika.

Stir the salad.

Add vinegar and oil, leave for 1 hour.

Arrange in jars tightly tamped and sterilize half liter jars for 15 minutes, from the moment of boiling.

Tighten the jars and leave in heat for 12 hours.

Cauliflower salad with herbs for the winter is ready. Store in a cool place.
