Sea buckthorn jam

Sweet and sour seedless sea buckthorn jam for tea or impregnation for cakes, dissolve a few tablespoons in hot water and sea buckthorn tea is ready.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Sea buckthorn 2 kg

Sugar (sand) 2 kg

Water 1 stack.


Rinse the berries well and put in a saucepan.

Add water and cook. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Cool the finished mass.

Rub through a sieve.

Transfer to a saucepan and add sugar.

Boil to a thick consistency for 20-25 minutes.

Pour the finished jam into clean jars.

Roll up and let cool completely in a warm place. You can store it as you like.
