Grape juice for the winter

Delicious juice full of color and aroma of grapes is the most healthy drink prepared by your hands. No preservatives, colors or flavors.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Grapes (dark) 1.5 kg

Water 200 ml

Sugar (sand) 250 g

Preparation

Rinse and dry the grapes.

Remove the berries from the bunch.

Mash the berries well with your hands.

Squeeze the juice through a fine sieve.

Pour the pulp with water and cook until it boils.

Remove and squeeze again.

Pour juice and pomace into a saucepan without pulp. Add sugar and cook. After boiling, remove from heat.

Bottle and cork. Put in a blanket overnight.

Grape juice is ready for the winter. Store the prepared juice in the cellar.
