Okroshka for the winter

On a winter weekend, treat yourself to okroshka. With such a blank it couldn't be easier. Fresh stocky cucumbers, spicy and juicy radishes and aromatic greens, it is unlikely that such a set can be found in a supermarket.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Fresh cucumbers 5 pcs

Radish 7-10 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Sealed bags


Wash cucumbers and radishes well, cut off the tails.

Grate the cucumbers and put in a colander, removing excess juice.

Grate the radishes on the same grater as the cucumbers.

Mix the grated vegetables in a bowl.

Rinse and dry greens.

Add chopped herbs to vegetables.

Mix well.

Divide into bags and close, removing excess air. Put in the freezer.

Okroshka is ready for the winter. And it is also a significant budget savings.
