Soaked lingonberry is a delicious and very healthy wild berry, an excellent addition to meat dishes and pastries. And keeping lingonberries for the winter is very, very simple.

Lingonberry 1 kg

Water 1/2 l


Sort out lingonberries.

Rinse well and pat dry.

Fold into clean jars.

Pour boiling water over and let cool completely, close with lids.

Soaked lingonberries are ready. Store in a cool place.
