Apple jam with sea buckthorn is a tasty and healthy delicacy for one or two. Put the jam in a vase, pour in the tea and enjoy.

Sea buckthorn 300 g
Sugar (sand) 2 kg
Wash the apples.
Cut into quarters and core.
Put in a saucepan and add sea buckthorn berries.
Put to cook on fire.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until apples are soft for 12-15 minutes.
Cool the finished mass a little and pass through a metal fine sieve.
Put the puree in a saucepan and add sugar, mix well.
Cook for 15 minutes, stirring well, remove the foam.
Pour into clean jars. Seal with lids.
The apple jam with sea buckthorn is ready for the winter. Keep in the cellar.
