Pickled cucumbers in grape leaves

Ideal pickles for pickle. And it's just so delicious to crunch with real, homemade pickled cucumber.

Cucumbers 3 kg

Bay leaf


Allspice peas

Dill umbrellas

Rinse and dry cucumbers well.

Rinse and dry grape leaves, peel the garlic.

Put 2-3 cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves, 4-5 sweet peas, 1 large whisk of dill in clean large jars.

Wrap each cucumber in a grape leaf and put tightly in jars.

Fully mortgage the banks.

In cold boiled water, dilute salt and sugar at the rate of 1 liter of water 4 tbsp. tablespoons of salt, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. Mix well.

Pour into jars and close with nylon caps. Put in the cold.

After 2 months, pickles in grape leaves will be ready.
