This delicious compote, a real autumn bouquet in a jar. In winter, it will give you warmth, comfort and great mood.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Sea buckthorn 200 g
Apples 2 kg
Water 2 l
Sugar 400 g
Rinse and dry the apples.
Rinse the sea buckthorn well.
Put apples and berries in clean jars.
Pour boiling water over to the top and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan and add sugar, at the rate of 200 g per 1 liter of water. Boil the syrup.
Pour in boiling syrup and swirl. Put in a blanket overnight.
Sea buckthorn and apple compote is ready for the winter. The finished compote can be stored both at home and in the cellar.
