Boiled beef tongue 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Sour apple 1 pc

Pomegranate seeds 2-3 tbsp l.

Potatoes 2 pcs

Vegetable oil

Light mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.


Cut the boiled tongue into strips.

In a bowl, mix together the tongue, sliced ​​boiled eggs, sliced ​​cucumber and apple.

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin strips, fry in vegetable oil and dry on napkins.

Add potatoes to a bowl and stir.
