Apples, sea buckthorn, black chokeberry, all this summer wealth makes an amazing compote. In winter, you will enjoy its bright summer flavor.

Apples 2 kg
Sea buckthorn 200 g
Rowan black-fruited 200 g
Rinse and dry the apples.
Rinse the berries well.
Put apples and berries in clean jars.
Pour boiling water over to the top and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan and add sugar, at the rate of 200 g per 1 liter of water. Boil the syrup.
Pour in boiling syrup and swirl. Put in a blanket overnight.
Assorted compote for the winter is ready. The finished compote can be stored both at home and in the cellar.
