Many people think that the seeds from raspberries are not very pleasant, therefore they are not cooked with raspberries. But in vain! Our seedless raspberry jam, fragrant and full of juicy raspberry summer flavor. We prepare small jars of jam and enjoy it on the harsh winter evenings.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Raspberry 1 kg
Sugar (sand) 1 kg
Zhelfix 20 g
Collect raspberries in sunny weather. Sort out the berries well.
Beat the raspberries with a blender until smooth.
Pass the raspberry mass through a sieve, thereby separate the seeds.
Mix gelix with 2 s. tablespoons of sugar.
Add to raspberry puree and put on fire. Cook until boiling and remove from heat. Add remaining sugar and stir. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Skim off the foam.
Pour into jars. Tighten the lids and remove to cool.
Our delicious seedless raspberry jam is ready. Store cold until winter.
