Vegetable caviar for the winter with ranetki

You can always put this caviar under your husband's arm when he is going on a winter fishing trip. He definitely won't mind. His friends will say thank you later. Yes, and children spread on bread eat it perfectly.

Tomatoes 1 kg

Ranetki (sour) 5-6 pcs

Onion 3 pcs

Carrots 3 pcs

Bulgarian pepper 3 pcs

Hot pepper pod 1 pc

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Sugar (sand) 1 tbsp. l.

Salt (with a slide) 1 tsp

Vinegar essence 70% 1 tsp

Garlic (peeled, pressed) 1 tsp.


Wash the tomatoes well. Peel the onions and carrots.

Pepper and ranetki to remove cores and seeds.

All together pass through a meat grinder into one pan.

Put to cook over medium heat, stirring to cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Add salt, sugar and butter.

Punch well with a blender into a homogeneous mass.

Add compressed garlic.

Add vinegar and stir.

Transfer to sterile jars and roll up. Put away under the covers overnight.
