Raspberry compote

Raspberry compote is an excellent drink for adults and kids. 100% natural product. Cooking is a pleasure.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Raspberry 1 kg

Water 1.5 l

Sugar (sand) 400 g


Collect and sort raspberries. It is best to pick berries for compote in dry, sunny weather.

Put the berries in clean jars by 1/3 of the volume.

Pour sugar into water and boil. Boil the prepared syrup for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the syrup into the berry vats.

Cork immediately and put under a blanket overnight.

The finished raspberry compote will acquire a beautiful raspberry color in a day. Store in a cellar.
