Freezing raspberries with sugar for the winter is quick, easy and simple. Cold will perfectly preserve vitamins, a minimum of sugar, a lot of benefits. Try it and you will no longer want to cook raspberries for the winter.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Raspberry 2 kg
Sugar (sand) 300 g
Sort out raspberries.
Cover the berries with sugar.
Grind with a blender until smooth.
Pour into plastic bottles and close the lids.
Put in the freezer until winter. Whenever you feel like jam, just take it out of the freezer and place the bottle in a warm place for a couple of hours.
