Bell pepper appetizer for the winter

This bright bell pepper and tomato appetizer will be a great addition to any table. It's easy to cook.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Bell pepper 7-8 pcs

Yellow tomatoes (large) 5-6 pieces

Onion 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Vinegar 9% 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar (sand) 1 tbsp. l.

Head of garlic 1 pc

Ground red pepper pinch.

Salt 1 tsp


Rinse the peppers and remove the seeds and stalk.

Cut into slices.

Peel the onion.

Place the pepper slices and finely chopped onion in a saucepan.

Add oil and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add a glass of water and tomato paste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into slices (small into halves).

Add the tomatoes to the saucepan and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add salt, sugar, paprika, grated garlic and vinegar. Mix well. Leave covered for 5 minutes.

Arrange in jars and seal.

Leave for a day under the "fur coat". The bell pepper snack is ready for the winter. Keep in the cellar.
