A herring under a fur coat, a real nail of the feast, without which more than one holiday goes. Effective serving and serving everyone's favorite salad will pleasantly surprise your guests on New Year's Eve. By the way, we were the first to wrap it in a roll. :)

Carrots 2 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Salted herring 200 g
Eggs 3-4 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Mayonnaise to taste
Greens (for decoration)
Salt to taste
Boil beets, carrots, potatoes and eggs, peel and grate. Whites and yolks separately. Separate the herring from the bones, cut the fillet into small pieces. On a piece of foil or cling film, lay out a layer of beets and salt a little. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Put the chopped proteins on top. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Put a layer of carrots on top in the same way. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
A layer of potatoes. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Put pieces of herring on a layer of potatoes with mayonnaise, if desired, you can sprinkle finely chopped onions.
Gently start to wrap the roll with herring from the edge. Wrap in foil and remove from refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Unfold and sprinkle with grated yolks.
Cut into portions and serve, garnish with herbs.
