There is nothing easier than pouring boiling water over lingonberries and store them in the cellar. And in winter you will receive not only delicious sour berries for cooking various dishes, but also a wonderful, healthy lingonberry compote.
Cooking time 10 minutes
Lingonberry 1 kg
Boiling water 200-250 ml
Sort the lingonberries, wash and dry on a clean towel.
Fold in sterile jars and pour boiling water over.
Close with nylon caps and cool.
Keep cold. In winter, soaked lingonberries can be added to main courses, sauces, desserts, baked goods and salads.
