Sea buckthorn juice

Sea buckthorn juice will retain all the benefits of sea buckthorn berries and will charge you with vitamins in the cold winter.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Sea buckthorn 3 kg

Water 450 ml

Sugar 2 kg


Sort the sea buckthorn, rinse well and let the water drain.

Place in a saucepan and add 150 ml of water. for 1 kg of sea buckthorn. Cook for 10 minutes.

Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

Add sugar to the juice and boil.

Pour into glass bottles or jars and sterilize.

Cork tightly and store cold.
