Pepper and carrot snack

Fans of vegetable preparations for the winter will definitely appreciate this recipe. A bright and juicy appetizer of peppers, carrots and tomatoes will brighten your winter table.

Sweet pepper 10 pcs

Carrots 5 pcs

Tomatoes 5 pcs

Onion 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 100 pcs

Vinegar (9%) 50 pcs

Salt 2 tbsp l.

Ground black pepper

Sugar 2 tsp


Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into slices.

Peel and grate the carrots.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Peel and chop the onion.

Fry onions in half vegetable oil.

Place peppers, carrots, tomatoes, and onions in a large saucepan. Season with salt and pepper, add sugar and butter. Put on fire and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add vinegar and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Transfer to clean, sterile jars.

Sterilize for 10-12 minutes. Take out and roll up. Allow to cool. Keep cold.
