Salad "Cabbage in marinade"

Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots.

Pour 1/2 glass of water into a saucepan, add oil, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil, add vinegar.

Pour over the cabbage and let stand in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Remove and drain the liquid. If desired, you can add more vegetable oil and decorate with herbs.
