Spicy pickled cucumbers for the winter are a delicious snack that can be served on any festive table.

Cucumbers 2 kg
Water 1 l
Hot pepper 1 l
Currant leaves 5-6 pcs
Dill whisk 2 pcs
Garlic clove 4-6 pcs
Bay leaf 4 pcs
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Vinegar essence 70%
At the bottom of clean jars, lay 1 whisk of dill, 2-3 black currant leaves, 2 bay leaves, 5-7 allspice peas and 2 garlic cloves each.
Wash cucumbers well, cut the tails.
Put cucumbers in jars.
Add chopped red hot peppers in pieces.
Pour boiling water over, cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Pour the water into a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt to 1 liter of water, boil the marinade.
Pour the marinade into jars and add 1/4 teaspoon to 1 liter jar of 70% vinegar essence.
Roll up the lids and put the cans in heat until they cool completely.
Spicy pickled cucumbers are ready for the winter. Store pickled cucumbers in the cellar.
