Tomatoes (fleshy) 2 kg
Head of garlic 1 pc
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Dill umbrellas 2-3 pcs
Bay leaf to taste
Cloves to taste
Vinegar essence 70% 1 tsp
Wash the jars well. Put an umbrella of dill, bay leaf, a couple of cloves of garlic, 2-3 cloves, 3-4 black peppercorns in each.
Sort the tomatoes and wash well.
Store tightly in jars up to the very top.
Pour boiling water over and leave for 15 minutes, cover with lids.
Pour the water into a saucepan and add 6 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt to 1 liter.
Boil the marinade, pour into jars. Add vinegar essence at the rate of 1, 5 liter jar ½ teaspoon. Roll up the banks. Put in a warm place until it cools completely.
