Cucumber salad for the winter "Venya"

Delicious and easy to prepare cucumber salad for the winter with dill and garlic.

Cooking time 1 hour


Cucumbers 2 kg

Head of garlic 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Salt 2 tbsp l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Vinegar 9%


Wash cucumbers well.

Cut into slices in a large saucepan.

Add finely chopped dill and pressed garlic.

Add salt and sugar.

Mix well and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Put the salad in clean jars and pour over the resulting juice.

Cover with lids and put on sterilization, from the moment of boiling for 15 minutes - half-liter cans, 20 minutes - liter cans.

Add vinegar at the end and roll up. For a half-liter jar - 1 tablespoon, for 1 liter jar - 2 tablespoons of vinegar.

Put in a warm place until it cools completely.

Cucumber salad for the winter is ready. Store in a cool place.
