The most delicious squash caviar, according to the recipe of the most caring and beloved grandmother.

Cooking time 3 hours


Zucchini 1 kg

Tomatoes 1 kg

Bulgarian pepper 1/2 kg

Bulb onions 1/2 kg

Carrots 1/2 kg

Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.

Salt 1, 5 tbsp. l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.

Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp.


Peel the onions and carrots.

Pepper to clear of seeds.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices.

Peel and seed zucchini, cut into strips.

Grind all vegetables in a large saucepan in a meat grinder.

Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Cook over medium heat for 1-1.5 hours.

Add vinegar and ground black pepper, mix well.

Arrange in jars.

Seal with lids and cool under a blanket.
