Preparation

Sort the plums and remove the spoiled ones.

Rinse and dry plums.

Divide into halves and remove seeds.

Spread out on a serving or flat dish. Put in the freezer for 1 hour.

Take out and transfer to airtight bags or containers. Put in the freezer for storage.
